These two leadership appointments were made to meet the upstream market’s growing demand for integrated products, solutions and customer support.
The addition of Lamb and Sauvagnac to the global operations leadership team further demonstrates how Paradigm is striving to respond to the industry’s critical economic and technology dynamics with superior customer focus. Led by Sauvagnac, the Paradigm Premier Partners Program consists of a global team of experts acting as a center of excellence for strategic account management within Paradigm. The program supports the sale and implementation of Paradigm’s advanced subsurface software solutions to global and national oil and exploration companies and upholds excellence and best practices.

Prior to this position, Lamb served as vice president of business development leading the Paradigm Premier Partners Program and as regional vice president of Paradigm’s Canada region. He has held management positions in both the technology and customer support sectors. Lamb is a geophysicist and business development professional with over sixteen years of experience in the E&P industry. He holds a B.Sc. in geophysics from the University of Calgary.
Sauvagnac’s prior positions at Paradigm include global account manager and country manager of Paradigm Indonesia. He has over 17 years of experience in E&P global account management. Sauvagnac holds a master’s degree in hydrogeology from the Paris School of Mines, where he earned a B.S. in computer science.
