Paradigm to Demonstrate Its Latest High Definition G&G Advancements at SEG 2014

Presentations will focus on solutions for seismic processing, imaging, QSI, and advances towards HD modeling
(AMSTERDAM: October 20, 2014) Paradigm® ( will showcase the latest developments in its extensive suite of geological and geophysical software solutions at the SEG International Exposition and 84th Annual Meeting in Denver, to be held October 26 – 31. Conference attendees are invited to join Paradigm at booth #623 for daily live software demonstrations featuring new capabilities for broadband processing, quantitative interpretation, seismic facies classification, and advances toward high-definition earth modeling.  The comprehensive technical program will highlight integrated high-definition workflows for conventional and unconventional plays.

Paradigm will host a media event on Tuesday, October 28 at 3:00 p.m. MT, where it will present the new features and enhancements in the latest versions of the Paradigm 14 and 14.1 releases. Paradigm CEO Arshad Matin will set the stage with the global company outlook, while Duane Dopkin, executive vice-president of Geoscience for Paradigm, will present new model-based solutions that bring advanced science to everyone – from the specialist to the generalist.
“Exploration geoscientists today depend on the latest technical innovations to gain the most from their data and identify hydrocarbon sweet spots in the Earth’s subsurface,” said Dopkin. “SEG 2014 is the perfect venue to showcase our new model-driven solutions for high-definition exploration and development, as well as hundreds of other features that enhance multi-team collaboration on shared projects.  We have also expanded our connectivity to third-party software platforms, including a new Petrel plugin, as part of our ongoing mission to make advanced science solutions available to everyone.”
Presentations at the Paradigm booth will focus on the latest HD-enabled G&G software solutions available in Paradigm 14 and 14.1, including processing & imaging, quantitative seismic interpretation and subsurface modeling.
